Living World Portrait Studios is located 13 miles,  N.W of London

near Edgware Just 6 minutes walk from Elstree & Borehamwood Station

If you are coming from the North, East or West, take the

M25 then come off at  Junction 23. Head south on the A1

towards London. At next roundabout Sterling corner take 3rd exit

(right into Barnet Lane).  At next roundabout keep left (1st exit)

½ mile along  take 1st turning on the right drop down to the bottom

of the hill.  32 Deacons Hill Rd is on the left opposite Hartfield Ave

.

From South London take the A41.

Turn right  (3rd exit) at A1 Apex Corner  Northway Circus roundabout heading north. One mile along at the next roundabout Sterling Corner  

take (1st exit left) into Barnet Lane. At next roundabout

keep left (1st exit). ½ mile along take 1st turning on the right drop

down to bottom of hill  32 Deacons Hill Rd is on the left opposite

Hartfield Ave

RAIL Thameslink Line from Kings Cross

Exit Elstree & Borehamwood Station turn left walk over the bridge.

Then turn left at the garage into Deacons Hill Road.

Fastest journey time from Kings Cross 15 minutes. Normal journey time 23 minutes.

Trains run every 15-20 minutes during the day

with fast trains at peak hours.
